Lynn Horton

Lynn grew up in Waterloo, Ontario. By day she fought for breathing room with two brLynn at cottageothers and two sisters and two bossy parents. By night she disappeared into a rich fantasy life where she regularly subbed for Tinkerbelle and Suzie la souris from Chez Hélène. She was briefly Jesus Christ’s little known younger sister. Between the ages of nine and twelve she was a horse. Later fantastic roles include Disco Queen, law student, wife, and mother. Lynn’s current fantasies involve an empty nest, off-white furniture, and more than one finished story per year.

In 2015, she shared second prize for her story Gamer at the Alice Munro Festival of the Short Story.
