Anita Morris

DSC00653 copy - Version 2-2

Anita was born to a Bengali mother and a Californian father and spent her formative years in Pune, India, attending a convent school, learning Indian classical dance, adventuring with friends, organizing school events, and studying only when absolutely necessary. In 1998, Anita arrived in Toronto via California, France, England, and the American Midwest. In her youth, Anita used to worry about being different. Age, spouse, children, friends, and life in Toronto have helped put matters in perspective. Anita is working on a novel, a collection of short stories, and a memoir of her childhood on two continents. You can visit her blog bits & pieces here.
